Great game by the Brewers until the bottom of the 8th. We were doing everything right, playing small ball, good defense, Bush pitched well until he gave up the home run. The wheels fell off though in the bottom of the 8th, Brauny gets picked off and we fail to score with runners on 2nd & 3rd. Hells Bells comes in and we expect 1-2-3, runner gets on for Stavinova and he hits a sand wedge out of the ball park.
Stan Kyles (bullpen coach) pulling his best Yostly impression by saying it was one of those nights where you just have to tip your cap to the other team. Tip your cap my rear end, I hope Nick Stavanova enjoys his 15 seconds of fame with his lucky sand wedge to the left field bleachers off the Trevor Hoffman. (the following picture is what Wally thought of when he thought of Nick Stavanova. I personally agree.)
In other news, BUCKS WIN BUCKS WIN! For those of you scoring at home now, the Bucks are 3-0 without Bogut, maybe we do have hope without the Awesome Aussie in the middle for us. FEAR THE DEER!!!!
In other notes, Cubs lose, FLY THE L FLAG!!!!
